For wine & spirits reps, importers & brand owners, and distributor teams — built by a working VP of Sales, not a tech vendor

Turn a producer tech sheet into a print-ready sell sheet, shelf talker, and staff tasting card — in the voice the trade actually talks.

Upload the PDF you were emailed — or paste the messy text — and get three clean PDFs back in under a minute: a one-page sell sheet for the buyer, a 5×3″ shelf talker for the floor, and a 4×6″ staff tasting card for the team — or run your whole line, every SKU launch-ready. No sommelier poetry, no invented scores: if a fact isn't on your tech sheet, it doesn't go on the page.

  • Solo rep

The 11pm Canva night before a buyer meeting becomes one paste and a print run.

  • Brand owner & importer

Wearing all the hats? Champion your own brand — professional sheets across the whole line, without a designer you can’t afford.

  • Distributor team

One shared brand library. Every rep hands buyers the same clean line card, not eight homemade versions.

You already write these. By hand. At 11pm.

A new SKU lands and the buyer wants a sell sheet, the account wants a talker for the shelf, and the floor needs something to say about it. So you rewrite the importer's tech sheet — again — trying to make it sound like you, not like a back-label. Pour Sheet does the first draft in your voice so you're editing, not starting from a blank page.

Three deliverables, one paste

Sell sheet

US Letter

Buyer-facing. Leads with what makes them money — velocity, margin, by-the-glass fit, what it replaces — plus a category-correct tasting note and the specs straight from the tech sheet.

Shelf talker

5 × 3 inches

Shopper-facing, read in four seconds. One hook, one punchy line, the price. Sized to drop straight onto a shelf rail.

Staff tasting card

4 × 6 inches

Floor-facing. The one line staff repeats to a guest, an honest flavor profile, and the upsell angle — what to pour it against.

How it works

  1. 1

Upload the PDF or pick the category

Drop the tech sheet PDF and it's read for you — or choose wine, spirits, or beer / RTD / cider and paste. The voice and the rules change with the category.

  2. 2

    Add your price

Pour Sheet fills producer, region, varietal, ABV and sizes from the sheet. You add the one thing it will never read off a document — your price.

  3. 3

    Download print-ready PDFs

Preview on screen, edit the source if you want, then pull the three print-ready PDFs — or a single branded multi-product bundle.

A real bottle, start to finish

Here's an actual run, captured straight from the tool: a Domaine Tempier Bandol Rosé tech sheet pasted in on the left — and the sell sheet, shelf talker, and staff card it wrote back, in trade voice, on the right. No edits, no cherry-picking.

More than a copy box

Pour Sheet is built for how a real book of business actually runs — many SKUs, many brands, your branding, your pricing, your choice of AI.

Upload the PDF — it reads it

Drop the tech sheet you were emailed. Pour Sheet pulls producer, region, varietal, ABV, sizes and the rest into the form. You just review and add your price. Paste-by-hand still works when that's faster.

Saved per-brand house voices

Add a producer's own sheets and derive a draft house voice — tier, positioning, signature themes, what to avoid. Edit it, save it, and every product for that brand reads like that brand. Au Bon Climat sounds like Au Bon Climat; Bonny Doon sounds like Bonny Doon.

Multi-product sale sheets

The builder mode generates a whole sale sheet for several wines in one pass — portrait or landscape, auto-recommended by item count — then exports one PDF bundle: the sale sheet plus every shelf talker and staff card together.

Pricing CSV → pick and match

Upload your wholesale SKU/pricing CSV, search it, and check off the wines you want — or let an uploaded tech sheet auto-match to the right SKU by item code. Per-case and per-unit pricing flow straight onto the sheet.

Your branding, your contact

Add your distributor logo, brand colors, footer terms, and your rep name, title, phone and email. They're applied to the sale sheet and bundle so it goes out looking like yours, not a template's.

Hot-swap AI models

Pick Claude Sonnet 4.6, Gemini 2.5 Flash, or Gemini 2.5 Pro from a dropdown — the same model reads your PDFs and writes the copy. Run on whichever provider's credits are cheapest that month.

Two ways to work

Single product

One SKU, three sheets. Upload or paste, generate, download the sell sheet, shelf talker and staff card. The fastest path when a new item just landed.

Open single-product mode

Multi-product builder

A whole portfolio sheet. Add many wines or pick them from your pricing CSV, generate them all at once, edit inline, and export one branded bundle for the buyer.

The part that matters: the voice

Most AI copy reads like a perfume ad. Pour Sheet is built on a hard rule set tuned for the trade — so the output sounds like a rep talking to a buyer they've known for years.

What it does

  • • Leads with the buyer's economics, not adjectives.
  • • Stays varietal-, region-, and production-correct per category.
  • • Uses only the facts in your tech sheet.
  • • Speaks American trade conventions — 750ml, 1.5oz pour, by-the-glass.

What it refuses to do

  • • No “symphony of flavors,” no “journey,” no “crafted with passion.”
  • • Never invents scores, awards, or vintages.
  • • Won't describe a Gavi like an oaked Chardonnay.
  • • If a fact is missing, it's left out — not fabricated.

Made by the trade, not a tech vendor

Most tools in this corner of the market are generic page-builders with a beverage logo dropped on top — no name on the door, nobody who's ever pitched a buyer at 8am with a quota to hit. Pour Sheet is the opposite. It's built and tuned by a working VP of Sales at a wine & spirits distributor, around the way the trade actually talks. The voice rules aren't guessed — they're the ones I use.

You can see who made it. That's the point.

Questions reps ask

+What is Pour Sheet?

Pour Sheet turns a wine, spirits, beer, RTD, or cider producer tech sheet into three print-ready PDFs — a US Letter sell sheet for the buyer, a 5×3-inch shelf talker for the shelf, and a 4×6-inch staff tasting card for the floor — written in real beverage-trade voice.

+Do I have to retype the tech sheet?

No. Upload the PDF and Pour Sheet reads it for you — producer, region, varietal, ABV, sizes and more auto-fill the form. You only add your price, which is never read from the document. You can also paste text by hand if you prefer.

+Will the copy sound like generic AI?

No. Pour Sheet runs on a trade-tuned rule set: it leads with the buyer's economics, stays varietal- and region-correct per category, and bans AI-sommelier clichés like 'symphony of flavors' and 'crafted with passion.' It uses only the facts on your sheet and never invents scores, awards, or vintages.

+Can it match a specific producer's house voice?

Yes. Add a brand's own sheets and Pour Sheet derives a draft house voice you can edit and save. Saved voices become selectable in the generator, so every product for that brand reads in its own style. Brand voice shapes tone only — it never adds a fact that isn't on the product's sheet.

+Can I build one sheet for several wines at once?

Yes. The multi-product builder lets you add many items — or pick them from an uploaded wholesale pricing CSV — generate them all in one pass, edit the copy inline, and download a single branded bundle: a portrait or landscape sale sheet plus shelf talkers and staff cards.

+Can I put my own branding on it?

Yes. Add your distributor logo, brand colors, footer terms, and your rep contact details, and they're applied to the sale sheet and bundle. Your branding and pricing CSV stay on your device.

+Which AI model does it use?

You choose. Pour Sheet ships with a hot-swap model picker — Claude Sonnet 4.6 (default), Gemini 2.5 Flash, and Gemini 2.5 Pro — so you can run on whichever provider's credits are cheapest that month. The same model reads your PDFs and writes the copy.

+What does it cost?

Start free — 5 sheets a month, every month, no card. Paid plans: $29/mo Individual (40 sheets, watermark-free), $79/mo Pro (120 sheets plus the multi-SKU line-card builder), $99/mo Team (up to 8 seats flat, 300 pooled sheets), and $249/mo Importer (unlimited, white-label, API). Annual plans get 2 months free. No setup fees, ever.

+Who built it?

A working VP of Sales at a wine & spirits distributor built and tunes Pour Sheet around the way the trade actually talks — not a generic tech vendor with a beverage logo dropped on top. It's a Thirst Metrics product.

Why I built this

I run sales for a wine & spirits distributor — two decades in hospitality, sales, and on the floor before that. For years I've heard the same gripe from the reps around me: the sell sheet is the last thing you do, half-written in the parking lot on your way out the door to go pick up samples. It's the part everyone resents and nobody has time for, so it ends up rushed — or it doesn't get done at all.

Every AI tool I tried to fix that with wrote like a wine magazine: symphonies of flavor, invented scores, a Gavi described like an oaked Chardonnay. None of it sounded like a rep talking to a buyer. So I built the tool I wanted for my own book and my team's — paste the tech sheet, get back copy that leads with the buyer's economics, respects their time, and never makes up a fact. I put my name on it because in this business you buy from people you trust, not from a logo. If the voice is off for your category, email me; tuning it is the whole product, and I'm the one doing the tuning.
