Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on or using poursheet.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by John W. Paddon (DBA Thirst Metrics) (“we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Pour Sheet converts beverage producer tech sheets and related product information you provide into print-ready sales materials — sell sheets, shelf talkers, and staff tasting cards — using AI-assisted document extraction and copy generation.
3. AI Processing of Your Documents
To provide the Service, documents and text you upload are processed by third-party large-language-model providers — currently Anthropic and Google — under their commercial API terms. Your documents are transmitted to those providers to perform extraction and copy generation and are not used by us to train AI models. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process.
4. Your Content & Ownership
You retain all rights to the tech sheets and product information you upload and to the sales materials the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service. Free-tier outputs include a “Made with Pour Sheet” attribution footer; paid tiers remove it per your plan.
5. Accuracy & Marketing-Compliance Responsibility
Generated copy is drafted from the facts on your documents, but AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every generated sheet before use, including prices, product facts, and regulatory suitability. Alcohol marketing and labeling rules vary by jurisdiction; the Service does not provide legal or compliance advice, and you are solely responsible for ensuring materials you distribute comply with applicable laws and trade-practice rules.
6. Plans, Billing & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Each plan includes a monthly generation allowance and feature set as described on the pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may adjust plan pricing or allowances with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
7. Acceptable Use
- No sharing account credentials beyond the seats your plan includes.
- No automated bulk generation intended to circumvent plan allowances.
- No attempting to extract, probe, or reverse-engineer the underlying prompts or models.
- No uploading unlawful content or content that infringes another party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a refund of any prepaid, unused period only where required by law.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
