Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Pour Sheet (poursheet.com) is operated by John W. Paddon (DBA Thirst Metrics). This policy describes what we collect when you use the Service and how it is handled.
2. What We Collect
- Account data — your email address, used for magic-link sign-in. We do not store passwords.
- Content you provide — uploaded tech sheets, pasted product text, brand profiles and house-voice settings, and the sales materials generated from them.
- Usage data — generation counts (used to enforce plan allowances), basic request logs, and aggregate, non-identifying visit counts.
- Billing data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only your subscription status and plan.
3. How Uploaded Documents Are Processed
Documents and text you submit are sent to third-party AI providers — currently Anthropic and Google — under their commercial API terms, solely to extract product facts and generate copy. We do not use your documents to train AI models, and we do not sell your content or personal information to anyone.
4. Subprocessors
- Anthropic & Google — AI document extraction and copy generation
- Supabase — authentication and per-account data storage
- Stripe — subscription billing
- DigitalOcean & Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery
5. Retention & Deletion
Brand profiles, saved voices, and generated materials are retained while your account is active so you can reuse them. You may delete saved brand data in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data entirely, email us and we will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal purposes.
6. Cookies
We use only the session cookies required for sign-in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Your Choices
You can access, correct, or delete your brand data in the app; export your generated materials at any time (they download to your device); or contact us for a copy or deletion of your account data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
